Delivery Information

• Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over AED 99.
• Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below AED 99, a flat delivery charge of AED 10 applies.
• Delivery Timeline
  Your parcel will typically arrive within 6–7 business days from the date it leaves our warehouse. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.

Order Processing & Payment

• Orders are processed once your online purchase is confirmed.
• Payment can be made securely at checkout using VISA or Mastercard.
• After processing, your parcel will be carefully packed and handed over to our courier partner.

Tracking Your Order

• You’ll receive email updates with your order status and a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.
• Simply use the tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your delivery.

Important Information

• All orders are shipped directly from the EU.
• The maximum order value is AED 1000.
• If multiple parcels are shipped to the same recipient in one delivery, the total combined value will be considered.
• Each parcel may include up to 5 units of the same product.
